Upon receipt, transfer refrigerated items to a 2–8°C environment promptly. For long-term storage, use -20°C in accordance with product guidance.

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are limited to items received damaged or supplied in error. Please contact us within 48 hours.

In the unlikely event of a damaged parcel, contact us with photographs and your order reference. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
